Some companies are less exposed to crises due to their activity, but nothing can guarantee them an eternal safe conduct. There are companies that believe that withdrawn, low-touch behavior minimizes the risk of the crisis. They mistakenly hold journalists responsible for the crisis. Journalists do not trigger the crisis, they just report it. They give you another dimension. But neither is it silence that makes problems go away. Anyone who does not relate to the press under the guise of averting crises is disappointed and still loses the benefits of good media contact.
